Over the years we have found that overall project management is an area that can cause severe headaches and long-term
issues. As the partner in creation of your unique jewelry store space, we provide initial estimates, budget proposals, and any updates or revisions that are needed along the way.

Let us help you review architectural plans and bids from general contractors before finalizing any agreements. We have years of experience identifying issues that are much easier to address before contracts are signed and construction begins. Customers have found our background in general contracting and dealing with architects has saved them significantly in the short term, and prevented additional problems down the road. We can provide as much, or as little, assistance as you need.

If, for whatever reason, you decide that another provider better meets your needs, this is an individualized service that we can provide. Many current customers have suggested that we offer this service as our insight could have prevented most, if not all, of the issues they encountered with other vendors, architects, and general contractors.
